Democracy thrives on exchange, differing opinions, and respectful discussions. However, this very democratic discourse is increasingly under pressure: through polarization, disinformation, extremist positions, and a harsher tone – both online and offline.

How can we endure conflicts and negotiate constructively?
In this seminar, participants will explore these questions and develop their own perspectives for a democratic society.
