What does it take to be a "leader" or "leaderess"?
We are constantly told what to do, how to be. Whether at school, in our families, or in society – everywhere there are people who guide, lead, and determine our lives. What is the art of leadership? Is it something that can be done together, in pairs, or only alone? Are there differences between men and women in leadership positions? And what role does language play when it comes to leading others or being led? Are words truly indispensable?
– From April 19th to 27th, 2014, 45 young people from Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, and Turkey explored these and many other questions surrounding the topic of "leadership" in five artistic workshops (dance, theater, video, black and white photography, and music).
The results of the multinational nine-day meeting were publicly presented on April 26, 2014 at the wannseeFORUM and were enthusiastically received by the invited guests.
