Seminar with 34 students from the Carl-von-Ossietzky School in the area of global learning from December 1 to 6, 2014, at the WannseeFORUM.
The seminar focused on exploring the agriculturally produced foods we use every day. Through collaborative, discovery-based learning, participants worked in teams for a week to understand the connections between their own lives and global developments, producing a play , a rap song , a film , and audio pieces . During the week, various excursions were undertaken on the topic. Two groups visited the SpeiseGut . While chopping pumpkins together, the students learned about the concept of community-based agriculture and enjoyed pumpkin soup at the end.
