Gutenberg School , the Immanuel Kant High School and the Friedrich Ebert High School
meet for a week of training at the WannseeFORUM: After the holidays, they will act as student mentors for the new seventh grade classes at their schools. A successful project with a lasting impact. The oldest participants are taking part for the fifth time and are sharing their experiences with the younger ones. All three schools are well connected and continue to exchange ideas about the projects throughout the school year. At the WannseeFORUM, everyone is intensively prepared for their role. How can I build trust with the new students and sensitively support them at school? Various workshops cover communication and presentation techniques, method training, conflict resolution strategies and the basics of project management. With great creativity, many ideas are implemented straight away. Whether it's a game course, a horror villa or "breakfast TV" - the student mentors are already strong teams.
