{"id":13099,"date":"2018-04-26T15:42:15","date_gmt":"2018-04-26T13:42:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wannseeforum.de\/?p=13099"},"modified":"2025-07-30T13:48:29","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T11:48:29","slug":"sv-seminar-kommunikation","status":"publish","type":"seminare","link":"https:\/\/wannseeforum.de\/en\/seminare\/sv-seminar-kommunikation\/","title":{"rendered":"SV seminar: Communication"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a data-flickr-embed='true' href='https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/wannseeforum\/albums\/72157695142683544' title='SV Seminar, March 12-17, 2018, by wannseeforum, on Flickr'><img src='https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/837\/27707374348_43d2e0f9bf_z.jpg' width='800' height='600' alt='SV-Seminar: Kommunikation - 12.-17.3.18'><\/a><script async src='https:\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js' charset='utf-8'><\/script><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5>In March 2018, the students of the Paula F\u00fcrst School, the Solling High School and the Thomas Mann School met for 6 days at the Wannsee Forum Foundation to learn more about the tasks and opportunities of student representative (SV) work at Berlin schools and to exchange ideas.<\/h5>\n<p>Communication was chosen as the overarching theme, which, together with student council topics, formed the guideline for the work of the project and creative groups. This theme encompassed various aspects of communication, such as language, facial expressions, demeanor, and public presentation. Tailored to the tasks faced by class and school representatives in their roles, the aim was to relate these forms of communication to specific school-related topics and situations.<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the seminar, the group was divided into four project groups, each tailored to the students&#039; different levels of experience. This allowed them the opportunity to discuss specific topics or gain insight into the fundamentals of student government. From the second day of the seminar onward, the creative groups began, in which the students used artistic approaches to explore problems or areas for improvement at their schools. In doing so, they learned methods for moderation, conflict resolution, and nonviolent communication. The program included a <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/270092171\">Rap workshop<\/a>, a writing workshop, a theatre course, a <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/270087254\">Experimental film group<\/a> and a workshop that developed a digital photo story. This allowed everyone to try out new media or contribute their existing knowledge to the group work.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the daytime program, the group, under the guidance of a supervisor, organized various evening activities. Singing together and roasting bread on sticks around the campfire allowed the group to bond further and enjoy a relaxing end to the day. The highlight was a casino simulation where they played various games for the infamous &quot;wannseeFORUM Dollars.&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>The extent to which the group bonded was evident in the impressive final presentation, where all groups presented the week&#039;s results and the positive atmosphere among the students quickly spread to the audience.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that the experiences gained and the positive atmosphere can be carried over into everyday school life, thus creating the conditions for constructive and active student council work at the schools.<\/p>\n<p>We&#039;re looking forward to next year!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im M\u00e4rz 2018 fanden sich die Sch\u00fcler*innen der Paula F\u00fcrst Schule, der Solling-Oberschule und der Thomas-Mann-Schule f\u00fcr 6 Tage im der Stiftung wannseeFORUM ein, um sich \u00fcber die Aufgaben und M\u00f6glichkeiten der Sch\u00fclervertreter*innen (SV)-Arbeit an Berliner Schulen weiterzubilden und auszutauschen.
