The summer stage 2026 was a complete success. Although we were once again surprised by rain this year, which lasted almost the entire afternoon, we didn't let it spoil our fun.

We spent the entire morning setting up and decorating before the first guests arrived at 4:00 PM. We had plenty to offer for all ages: waffles, drinks, face painting and temporary tattoos, a sheet craft station, Viking chess, table tennis, badminton, and of course, the open stage, which was open to all talents and hobbies. This year, we were delighted to welcome an Irish step dance ensemble, various poetry slams and solo musicians, as well as our regular performers, the Dead Chicken Wings (band).

This year we were particularly pleased to receive funding from Well done!, which enabled us to purchase professional stage equipment. This means we are well-equipped for the coming years and can offer our young talents our own real stage.

A huge thank you to all the young people who dared to take to the stage. Thank you to all the guests who celebrated with us despite the rain. Thank you to all the staff of the wannseeFORUM Foundation who supported us at this event. And thank you to all the youth advisory board members who planned, set up, moderated, supervised, and took down the event.
