For seminars where individuals can register:

For seminars with groups from schools or independent organizations:
If your school or organization has arranged a seminar with us, you register there.
Yes, you can also book seminar rooms only with us. Please enter your requirements using the booking form .
For guests booking our rooms and services without overnight accommodation, we charge a day guest fee. This includes the use of the seminar and lounge areas as well as our on-site infrastructure. This way, day guests can also benefit from all our amenities. You can find the prices here: Price List
We kindly ask you not to bring your own drinks. Free water dispensers are available in the "Landhaus" and "Atrium" buildings.
In addition, we offer a coordinated selection of conference beverages, which you can book in advance of your seminar.
In addition, the "Landhaus" has a vending machine offering non-alcoholic drinks at moderate prices.
In the evening, a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available in our Café Atrium and in the bar at the " Landhaus ". Please inform the seminar administration .
Yes, we have a fire bowl which can be used after consultation and checking the current forest fire risk level.
We have two grills available for rent. However, due to our hygiene regulations, bringing your own food or barbecue items is not permitted. We would be happy to provide you with a suitable offer upon request. Price list
Our premises are not yet fully accessible.
However, we are working to reduce barriers. We want everyone to feel comfortable here.
There are two accessible rooms:
A large room with 4 beds in the Landhaus
The accessible path is outside and leads to the basement.
The dining room is also located there.
A double room in the Atrium
. This room is located on the ground floor.

Both can be reached by elevator.
In the Kutscherhaus : Theatersaal
You enter via a ramp.
For seminars with childcare that you organize yourself, the following are available:
- Children's chairs
- Children's beds

Childcare is currently not available at the wannseeFORUM's own seminars.

Pets are not allowed.
Exceptions are made for assistance and therapy dogs.

Swimming in the Pohlesee is unfortunately not permitted, as it is a federal waterway. We therefore ask for your understanding that swimming is not allowed from the shores of the wannseeFORUM for safety reasons.
The participation fee covers the program, accommodation, and meals .
The exact amount is always listed with the respective seminar offer.

Participation in our own seminars costs €21 per person per day (as of 2025).

The seminars usually last several days. Individual days cannot be booked.
The fee does not cover all costs. Therefore, we are applying for funding to ensure that participation remains affordable for everyone.
If the fee is too high for you or your family, please contact us. We will find a solution together. The relevant contact persons will be listed at the seminar.
We are also happy to help with applications for benefits from the Education and Participation Package (BuT) Berlin for our seminars.
