What role does sustainability play in the work of student representatives at Berlin schools? As a collaborative project between EPIZ – Center for Global Learning in Berlin, Schule ein Gesicht geben eV (Giving a Face to Schools Association) and the wannseeFORUM Foundation, student representatives from three schools met from August 30th to September 3rd, 2021, in the seminar „MITMISCHEN POSSIBLE“ (Participation Possible) to explore opportunities for involvement.
Input included, for example, a seminar day with representatives of the Federal Youth Association on environmental protection and sustainability.
Through mutual exchange and new suggestions regarding student council work and sustainability, the participants developed project ideas for their own student council work at their school.
