The Wannsee Forum has once again received the "Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centres": From September 25-27, 2024, we were visited by the expert team of the Council of Europe. „Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centers“ , in order to verify compliance with the 15 quality criteria of the quality seal for youth centers.
The visit offered the team of experts not only the opportunity to meet with the board, management, staff, and youth advisory board of the wannseeFORUM, but also with key stakeholders in the field of youth education, including representatives from the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family, the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ), and the Association of German Educational Institutions (AdB).
Following the visit, the team of experts reported to the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ), at its 73rd session on 21 October 2024. The panel decided to extend the Council of Europe's quality label for youth centers to the Wannsee FORUM Foundation for a period of five years from 1 January 2022.
