Our goal: An inclusive learning environment for everyone

We want to be a place where diversity is embraced. We stand for cosmopolitanism and diversity. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment. barrier-free learning environment to create a space that meets the diverse needs of people. Here, everyone can learn together, regardless of their origin, age, religion, gender, or life situation.

Everyone is welcome here, regardless of cultural or social background, religion or worldview, gender or sexual orientation, or health limitations.
Unfortunately, our house is not yet fully accessible. We are working on removing barriers.

Safe learning spaces for all

We present the Protection of children and young people into the center.
We want to create safe learning environments where everyone feels welcome and protected. Our child protection policy helps us to prevent risks and to act appropriately in an emergency.

Our Child and youth protection concept It was developed between January and September 2025 through a participatory process. Experts from the Berlin Child Protection Center accompanied us throughout. Full-time staff, representatives from the board of trustees, the executive board, the youth advisory board, as well as cooperation partners, freelance professionals, and young people contributed their perspectives.

It is a living document. We regularly review and develop it further. In this way, we are evolving into an inclusive learning environment with barrier-free access that is safe for all children and young people.
