Discussions, presentations, and idea development – these are determined by the interests and topics of the participants, who can offer their questions, projects, or ideas in sessions/open workshops – either online in advance or on-site. In this way, the content and schedule of the conference are developed and shaped by the participants themselves within the framework of the Barcamp learning format and the field of political youth education.
The #bcpb will take place for the third time in 2014 as a project of the youth education officers of the "Globalization and Media Communication" working group of the AdB (Association of German Educational Institutions ). It is supported by pb21.de , educamp eV , and the Berlin Alliance for eParticipation . Announcements and documentation can be found at bcpb.de. The venue for the third #bcpb is the wannseeFORUM Berlin Foundation , which already has experience with Barcamps.
