Landhaus

The villa provides a prestigious setting for seminars and conferences. The listed building, with its modernly equipped workspaces, combines historical character with a professional working atmosphere.
The workspaces on the ground and first floors are only accessible via stairs, while the dining area in the basement is wheelchair accessible.

Atrium

Built in the 1980s, the building features a beautiful courtyard with varying levels of landscaping. Modern rooms are available for meetings and group work. Many areas of the building offer views of the lake, creating a pleasant working atmosphere. The terrace, the Café Atrium , and the Blue Salon are perfect for breaks. An elevator provides barrier-free access. The building has 15 double rooms for overnight stays, one of which is wheelchair accessible.

Kutscherhaus

Where historically the carriage and the stables for the two horses stood, there is now another seminar area. On the ground floor, the KUTSCHERHAUS offers a spacious, barrier-free, multi-purpose room with a ramp and accessible toilet. Upstairs, there is a large room for workshops and group work. It is only accessible via an external staircase.
