FSJ – What a time! Yes, what a time it actually was! From June 24th to 28th, the FSJ participants of the Berlin State Youth Council (Landesjugendring Berlin e.V.) met at the Wannsee Forum to reflect on the past year together. Who were we at the beginning of our FSJ, who are we today, and what did we experience along the way? What made our commitment worthwhile, and what do we want to continue to be involved in in the future?
All these questions were explored by the 35 volunteers in four creative workshops: comics, rap, photography , and theater. The result was a collection of wonderfully colorful and creative projects, which were presented on Friday. Each one tells a very personal story about their volunteer year, and you realize: volunteer year – what a time!
