What images come to mind when we think of individualization and solidarity? Instagram is flooded with #selfies in over 450 million posts. The hashtag #solidarity, however, only sees a fraction of that number. Photo platforms primarily show clasped hands for "solidarity." How can we find images that, beyond stereotypes, express solidarity and individualization as societal challenges? Volunteers in the FSJ Kultur program at LKJ Berlin explored this question in photography and film workshops in March.
