What a day! On July 29, 2023, almost 300 visitors came together to celebrate the second summer event of the youth advisory board of the wannseeFORUM Foundation – the summer open-air event “One Stage, Many Voices”.
Despite the unsettled weather, we kicked off our open stage program punctually at 2 p.m. Throughout the afternoon, the stage overlooking the lake was filled with high-caliber performances by Ferdi Rehn, Ponyo161, Chiara-Leonie, Antonie Lawrence , and Joshua Mose . The program included pop and indie music, a stage monologue, and various other styles.
In addition to the stage acts, we were also delighted by the art exhibition featuring works by young Muslim artists in the Kaminsaal and a video installation by talentCAMPus in the foyer of the Landhaus.
After a brief interruption of the program due to thunderstorms, the concerts of the artists merysingss, Dust of Apollon & ANA and Haller.
Furthermore, the entire day was filmed and a short film about the event was produced by Jonathan Gäßler
The summer open-air event was part of the project "We are diverse! We are the future!" by the youth advisory board, project manager Jakob Hüfner. It was funded by the "Future Package for Movement, Culture and Health" of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ). The funding program is implemented by gsub and the SPI Foundation. The "Children and Youth Participation in the Future Package" component of the program is managed by the German Children and Youth Foundation (DKJS).
