As part of the Youth Policy Days, the wannseeFORUM, together with the Working Group of German Educational Institutions and the youthFORUM, will take over the forum on the topic of politics and political education.
“Hurray, this world is going under (…) paradise on the ruins!” proclaimed KIZ in 2015. We ask ourselves: What should this paradise look like? What kind of state do we want to live in? What can political education and civic participation look like? Why should we even get involved?
Politics is more than just voting every four years, and political education doesn't only happen in school. In this forum, young activists will show you what rap, slam poetry, theater, etc., have to do with politics and why it's worth getting involved—but also what it means to encounter resistance. You, the audience, are also invited to raise your voice: you can present your actions at the open mic. Today, I came across an interesting site https://www.tricotin.com/lib/pages/ed.html there is something to read and entertaining documents are published.
The event will take place at Washingtonplatz near the main train station. So come in large numbers and get involved!
