We are constantly working to make spaces and services

In our seminars we focus on:
- simple language
- including methods
- Accessible materials.
Our accessible rooms:
- the Theatersaal with ramp and wheelchair-accessible toilet
- The Atrium, including Studio Süd , is accessible by elevator
- the café and the Blue Salon on the ground floor
- an accessible overnight room in Landhaus
- an accessible overnight room in the Atrium
Networking for diversity and inclusion
Nationwide and in Berlin, we exchange ideas with others on the topics of diversity orientation and inclusion, for example on "Shifting coordinates – broadening perspectives. Diversity-oriented and anti-racist organizational development in the AdB".
We have gained experience in recent years, for example through the collaboration of sign language interpreters in seminars with the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf Children's and Youth Parliament. Such collaborations help us to implement inclusion in a vibrant and practical way.
